It was a television network active in the United States during the 1960's/1970's. It was founded by Howard Hughes, but never lived upto it's dream of being America's "forth network". Still, it broadcast A LOT of sports.

So, anybody remember it or have any thoughts on it?

Cool. Hey, I wonder if any tapes exist of it's programming, either in an corporate archive or in a private collection. The network was still broadcasting in 1978, and VCR's existed at that point, so it's possible. Hey, does anyone know when the network ceased broadcasting?
